If your computer crashes or gets a ransomware virus, you will want to have a copy of your documents, pictures, emails, address book, and any other important files backed up. If you don’t have a backup and your computer has crashed, please don’t worry.

The first thing to do is don’t keep turning the computer on and off as this can damage the lost files. Call me straight away. and I can nearly always retrieve the files.
