I’m Dom, the Owner of Benchmark Computing and I started Benchmark Computing on the Sunshine Coast in 2007. I wanted to support homes and businesses in a different way, providing the best service at the most affordable rates on the coast. I’ve always loved technology and I studied Business Information Systems at Bristol University. My job is my passion and since then Benchmark Computing has grown into a thriving local business with over 2500 happy customers. Built through word of mouth.
I believe you should treat others how you would like to be treated so we will always come to you quickly, be there on time, and fix the cause of any problem, not the symptom. I want to save you time and money and I want to make Computing as easy and enjoyable as possible for you so there’s no Geek Speak.
Now I’m expanding Australia wide through our remote login support which can help your friends, family or any business, wherever they may be.
I also find Computing and Technology can be really frustrating for people. It’s not you. Meaningless words, conflicting advice, devices that freeze or crash, your Internet providers Tech Support. No wonder people feel so confused and don’t know what to do. I’ve put a Tips Section at the top of the page too because I think it’s important to have a place where you can get some free advice. In there I’ve posted all the Australian Tech Support numbers, my Tip of the Week pics, and articles I wrote to make things a bit easier.
